Who are we?
Mol Volley Products is based in a small fjord town in Western Norway. We are a family-owned business with much experience, and great passion for volleyball.
We grew tired of clunky and difficult net systems, and decided to make our own. We aim to make it easier for regular users to set up a volleyball net. By lowering the threshold for setting up net, volleyball becomes a more accessible sport.
What we discovered was that many gym teachers in our home country of Norway struggled with the setup of volleyball nets, and therefore more often opt out from teaching volleyball.
We specialize in providing high-quality net poles and innovative net systems specifically designed for volleyball. Our products are engineered to enhance performance and durability, ensuring coaches and teachers can set up a net with ease. Coach and founder
Kåre Mol is one of Norway's most well-known and competent coaches. Through 30 years of coaching he has worked with hundreds of athletes from beginner to the highest international level. As a player he has 95 international matches for Norway, been the national team coach in both volleyball and beach volleyball, overseeing athletes in four Olympic Games, winning gold in Tokyo 2020, and winning gold in the 2022 World Championships. He has been voted Coach of the Year by IBVCA (International Beach Volleyball Coaches Association), and is a three-time winner of the CEV Coach of the Year in Europe. He has written three books on the subject of volleyball, and has invested considerable resources in developing the Longnet concept over the past decade.
In addition to winning gold at the 2020 Olympics, Kåre has been an instructor for coaches and teachers all over the world, and is known as a skilled, engaging and playful coach. Together with his wife Merita and their five children, he has developed a playful, conscious and engaging approach to volleyball.
Kåre has always had a burning commitment to simplify, develop and make the sport of volleyball more accessible to players, coaches and teachers of all levels. The combination of Kåre's passion for the sport of volleyball and ball sports in general led him to search for smarter solutions. The idea of Mol Volleyball Products was conceived through seeing the need for simpler net systems. The basic philosophy of MOL is to make volleyball more accessible for the masses.
MVP NET POLE
The whole net system is modular, meaning that if one part is broken, you dont need to buy an entire new net system in order to repair it.
The frame is built in aluminum, making the net pole light but sturdy.
Our innovative tension breraker is designed to break if excessive force is acted upon the net. These parts are easier to replace than entire net systems.
